Designing Multiplicity was an exhibition and event series celebrating the work of Parsons MFA, DT class of 2015. As co-chair of the planning committee, I coordinated over 40 contributors on 5 teams to produce a 6 part event series with a website, brand identity, and marketing strategy. The exhibition had over 90 contributing artists and designers. We also hosted a symposium, a screening and performance evening, and a live demonstration day in which students presented their work to industry specialists, venture capitalists, and the public.

The format of the symposium was six one-hour sessions loosely connected by theme. There was one respondent for each session, who gave a ten minute talk at the beginning of each session on a subject of their choosing, also related to that theme. Participants had 8 minutes to present followed by a 15 minute Q&A session during which the respondent could ask follow up questions of any of the presenters. Any remaining time was opened to questions from the audience.
Videos of all of the sessions are available on the MFADT Vimeo page.
